中国重返联合国的提案 提案中有哪些内容

阿尔巴尼亚、阿尔及利亚等二十三国提案全文(中英文对照)：

The General Assembly

Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations，Consideringthat the restoration of the lawful rights of the people’s * isessential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and forthe cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter，

回顾联合国宪章的原则，考虑到，恢复*的合法权利对于维护联合国宪章和联合国组织根据宪章所必须从事的事业都是必不可少的。

Recognizing that for the representatives of the Government of the people’s* are the only lawful representatives of China to the UnitedNations and that the people’s * is one of the five permanentmembers of the Security Council，

承认**的代表是中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表，*是安全理事会5个常任理事会之一。

Decides to restore all its rights to the people’s * and torecognizethe representatives of its Government as the only legitimaterepresentatives of China to the United Nations， and to expel forthwith therepresentatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupyat the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

决定：恢复*的一切权利，承认它的*的代表为中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表并立即把蒋介石的代表从它在联合国组织及其所属一切机构中所非法占据的席位上驱逐出去。
